Project Summary:
This documentary will illuminate gender violence and harassment in nightlife and service industries, focusing on the experiences of marginalized women—women of colour, young women, and working-class women. Through powerful storytelling and a unique dance element, the film aims to amplify these voices, challenge systemic issues, and foster a workplace culture of respect and safety. By providing a platform for these women to share their stories, the project seeks to drive awareness and inspire meaningful change in our communities.
Addressing Community Needs:
This project addresses several critical needs within the community.
