The Melanin Market

‘The Melanin Market’ is a community event showcasing BIPOC, youth-owned businesses and community partners in the GTA. Business owners aged 18-29 will be invited to host vendor booths to promote their business and sell products. There will also be community booths for non-profits, small business incubators and BIPOC advocacy groups. A panel will be hosted with three BIPOC business owners to discuss their experiences as BIPOC entrepreneurs. The market will include entertainment, refreshments, a raffle giveaway, and much more. This event aims to amplify marginalized entrepreneurs in ways that are intentional and resonate with them directly.
