Project Summary:

“Side Hustle” is an interactive 5-day virtual workshop focused on cosmetology/ entrepreneurship for about 20 female youth from Caribbean/African backgrounds primarily living in the Peel Region. The goal is to lead the participants to create small businesses or “side hustles” that stem directly from the knowledge of black cosmetology and exposure.

Contributing To An Inclusive Canada

Youth empowerment and engagement are two pillars associated with contributing to an inclusive Canada. Social inclusion and community involvement are the themes within my scope for this project.
