Project Summary:
“Taste of Togetherness” is a one-day cooking class celebrating cultural diversity through food. Participants will learn to prepare traditional dishes from various cultures, guided by local chefs and community members. The event includes hands-on cooking, discussions about cultural significance, and a communal meal to share and enjoy the dishes. This program fosters cultural awareness, inclusivity, and community connections, emphasizing the importance of culinary diversity in building a united Canada.
