The biggest obstacle for aspiring actors and creatives in film is acquiring a demo reel. Whether its lack of resources, lack of opportunity to get hired as an actor/crew member having a demo reel is an asset. This organization goal is to make short films with Black Youth who are interested in film. Which will provide them with footage for a demo reel and bringing them one step closer to success within the film industry. It creates a safe space for Black Youth to learn about the film industry and penetrate the market easier.
