The collaboration with facilitator/Guide Deidre-Ann Montague reflects the diversity of the participants, ensuring that BIPOC youth see themselves represented in leadership roles.Secondly, the workshop will be tailored to address specific mental health challenges faced by BIPOC youth, such as racism, discrimination, and cultural identity struggles.
