Financial literacy for Black Youth

Hosted By: Jacqueline N.

Program For Ages: 20 to 29 Years Old.

The Financial Literacy Event aims to empower black youth with financial knowledge and skills. Interactive sessions and expert-led presentations will cover personal finance topics like budgeting, debt management, and investment strategies. A panel of successful black youth speakers will share their stories and offer advice. Networking opportunities will facilitate connections and potential collaborations. Surveys will assess the event’s impact, and refreshments will be provided. The event seeks to break down financial barriers, overcome challenges, and pave the way for a brighter future. It’s an opportunity for black youth to take the first step towards financial freedom.

Contributing To An Inclusive Canada

It will help bridge the gap between Black youth and finances. They will be aware of finances, and specifically how credit is impactful to their future. This will create a generation of black youth that can make more positive choices.
